I have loved kitsch products for years but my last experience has cinched the deal that I will forever be a customer. I was accidentally sent the wrong item, so I emailed to let them know. Within 10 minutes of my original email, Jessica responded and had my corrected item expedited to me! They also told me to keep the incorrect item (which I actually LOVE) so it was just a great experience all around:) I don’t think I have ever dealt with a company that makes it so easy!
