Sent my order to the wrong location, did nothing to correct the problem. They first switched carrier from UPS to FedX which is a terrible action itself, FedX in NJ is awful!! UPS Always does a good job. No notification about any issue, no phone call to advise me there was trouble with the shipment - crickets - until I chased it down a week later to find out the status of my order. I'm a startup custom cabinet manufacturer and was hoping to use MyKnobs as a mainstay parts distributor - NOT NOW!!!
