Received the wrong item and am still…

Received the wrong item and am still waiting for the correct one. Called customer service the day I got the incorrect order delivered to me and that was about 2 weeks ago. Had to send them an email explaining the mistake and a picture of the wrong item sent to me. Hope to get the correct product soon.
