Absolutely horrible return process

Absolutely horrible return process. I’ve had to aggravate them excessively to simply acknowledge my return & the customer service is terrible. They close tickets while saying they will get back to you on something & doesn’t get back to you. I bought several door knobs that I had to return and I haven’t gotten my money back after starting the process 3 weeks ago, I paid for return shipping, and I gave them tracking information. Absolutely Terrible, do better.
