Update: Finally got through and it seems like this one is getting resolved. If so, I will be happy to make it a four star review.Incorrect Image shown on website. Purchased wrong item due to this. Customer service insists that I phone to resolve the issue; yet, every time I call (three times and counting), their voicemail is full. I have traded images, description of the issue and a specific request on how I want this resolved. Still, I am sure I will get the canned response all the negative reviews have received. I would say away and buy directly from the manufacturer. This is just a marketplace with no customer service.
