Worst customer service. Buy your knobs on Amazon Overpriced and slow horrible service. Sent knobs that were rose gold. Not satin gold. Asked for an exchange They refused. Wanted pictures. You can’t look at the knobs when I send it back? So I took pictures. Then they wanted more pics comparing the four knobs to two others I ordered of the same color. Anything they can do to not provide a replacement they will do. For such expensive pulls they should be perfect. Instead wrong color and horrible service. Avoid this company at all costs Had to contact my credit card company to demand a refund. Trying to exchange anything will be a full time job. I ordered six pulls. Just six. Asked them to exchange four. They act as though it’s the end of the world. I didn’t order a kitchen full of knobs. This should have been a simple easy exchange Save yourself.
