I purchased a Baldwin product from MyKnobs 6 weeks ago – when I finally received my purchase, the finish on the keyless entry device didn’t match my current entry set, so I tried to return it. I tried calling them almost every day for a week with out success. I finally started emailing them, numerous times, asking for their details so I could return my Baldwin Keyless entry device. I’ve received no response.It been a very frustrating experience and I’m out $350!
