Can I give zero stars? My order never arrived. Probably the fault of UPS, however multiple emails to MyKnobs went unanswered. I would have just repurchase the item I need if I got a simple, “We are sorry, but this was the fault of UPS.” The lack of response is unprofessional. Don’t bother with this company. Find what you need elsewhere.
