i received the wrong product by overnight shipping the middle of last week. i immediately called it in, sent them pictures, told them it was urgent, i had a project that was stuck. The customer service rep accepted the mistake and told me they'd get back the next morning. Nada. No call back, no email. It seems they are just a front - they use third-party suppliers who drop ship. I'm now stuck in some kind of third-party loop.
