NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received an item but it was missing a part.I contacted customer service only to have the representative yell at me that she did not understand what my problem was...naturally with that type of behavior on the other end of the line I was not going to get anywhere, thus I hug up and wrote an email to customer service, I got an auto response via email with a ticket number. A week later I wrote again since I had not heard back from anyone to address my concern of having received an item with a missing part. I'm on my third week and I have yet to hear back from this company. I have spent around $500 in orders, well no more I don't need the aggravation of putting up with NO customer service and have a useless item I spent money on .
