The customer service representative cannot provide tracking or shipment information, relying on the fulfillment department, which has left us waiting for three days. I needed the order cancelled and a full refund since I’m leaving town tomorrow. The agent's response about checking cancellation options feels ridiculous when they can't even provide a tracking number. This service is disappointing, and I'm not confident in the quality of the tests. Save yourself the trouble and go in person.
