Experiencing significant shipping challenges, I placed my order for the test 5 WEEKS AGO and finally received it from the postal service. I sent the specimen sample the very next day and documented the shipping label and tracking number. Yet, five business days later, there has been no tracking update. The reliance on the postal service has been disappointing, and they charge high prices without providing reliable shipping. Here I am, having ordered on November 22, 2025, and now on December 20, I still can't track my return shipment, which seems to be lost in transit.
The service does not fulfill its promises. They have misplaced and mishandled the samples I sent. For instance, I mailed two kits on the same day, and USPS confirmed they were delivered on that day. Initially, neither was marked as received on their site for several days. Eventually, the first kit was processed, but I was informed that the blood sample was inadequate and the urine sample had leaked. I followed the instructions precisely. The replacement kit for the mishandled samples has yet to arrive. The second test kit was either held or lost for an entire week and just now shows up on their site, a full fifteen days after I sent the kits, and seven days after they received it. To address my concerns, I had to visit urgent care for traditional blood testing. This service is incompetent and unresponsive.

We've been waiting three days for an update from them. I paid for expedited shipping because I'm leaving town tomorrow morning. I requested to cancel my order and receive a full refund, as I just visited a local lab to get my work done. If the package arrives in the next few days, it will be left outside for over a month. The representative mentioned they would check with the fulfillment department about the cancellation, but if they can't provide a tracking number, how can I expect a response regarding my refund? This situation is absurd, and it seems my customer service representative is located overseas since I only receive responses at night. If this is the level of service offered, I'm not confident about the quality of the actual tests. To avoid complications, just go in person. I completed my task in 10 minutes.

This company has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. My box arrived a week late, and I struggled to register the MLB number due to the website's errors. After contacting customer service multiple times, I received a promise from a representative to create my account, but it never happened, and I received no further communication. I paid over $100 and can’t access my results. If I could pursue legal action, I would. It seems my results are lost somewhere due to the lack of account creation. I recommend going to an urgent care clinic for testing instead.
Do NOT trust the HPV test! I received a false positive confirmed by actual doctors and labs. I reached out to the lab partnered with the service and found their practices questionable. Not only did they provide incorrect results, but they also mismanaged my collection dates. Avoid them at all costs!

However, I struggled to collect enough blood both times and ended up discarding the box. This might be due to my circulation issues, but it’s important to be aware that collecting sufficient blood may not be easy.
