I sent the specimen sample the very next day and documented the shipping label and tracking number. Yet, five business days later, there has been no tracking update. The reliance on the postal service has been disappointing, and they charge high prices without providing reliable shipping. Here I am, having ordered on November 22, 2025, and now on December 20, I still can't track my return shipment, which seems to be lost in transit.
