Surprise Subscription Charge and Frustrating Cancellation Process

My experience with this service was very disappointing. I signed up for what was advertised as a free trial, but it automatically turned into a subscription, and a refill order was processed before I could cancel. There was no clear way to manage or cancel the subscription online, which was extremely frustrating. The first product caused significant discomfort, so I chose not to continue. When I contacted customer support to cancel, they initially refused to issue a refund and instead pushed discounts and future refills. Only after multiple requests did they finally cancel the subscription, but the refill charge was not refunded. This experience felt misleading and stressful, especially concerning dental health. I strongly suggest reading the fine print and being cautious before signing up, as cancellation is not straightforward and refunds are not customer-friendly.
