Deceptive Practices and Poor Quality

Similar to other feedback regarding this service, it is misleading and unethical. They do not allow cancellation of your payment method. I had to shut down my bank account due to unauthorized charges. Even if you don’t subscribe, they will keep billing you. To make matters worse, the product barely functions, offering little more than what can be found at much lower prices elsewhere.

Surprise Subscription Charge and Frustrating Cancellation Process

My experience with this service was very disappointing. I signed up for what was advertised as a free trial, but it automatically turned into a subscription, and a refill order was processed before I could cancel. There was no clear way to manage or cancel the subscription online, which was extremely frustrating. The first product caused significant discomfort, so I chose not to continue. When I contacted customer support to cancel, they initially refused to issue a refund and instead pushed discounts and future refills. Only after multiple requests did they finally cancel the subscription, but the refill charge was not refunded. This experience felt misleading and stressful, especially concerning dental health. I strongly suggest reading the fine print and being cautious before signing up, as cancellation is not straightforward and refunds are not customer-friendly.

I signed up for a trial with this service and ensured I did not select any recurring subscription. I never received confirmation emails about a subscription, yet I was billed for a recurring charge without my consent. When I tried to log into their portal to cancel, there was no option to cancel subscriptions or orders—despite their claim that cancellation is possible anytime. You also cannot remove your payment information from their system. This feels deceptive and unethical. I want my subscription canceled, a full refund, and all my stored information deleted. Very disappointed and would not recommend this service.

Fraudulent Practices

Negative review. No customer service. This is a fraudulent operation. Once you make a purchase, you are automatically enrolled in a monthly order. There is no way to cancel the subscription. Customer service is nonexistent; the only way to reach them is via email, and they won't respond. It's a fraud.

Misleading and Dishonest Practices

They offer a 'free kit' trial where you only pay for shipping, but they don’t clearly state that you are automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription. You cannot cancel the subscription yourself, and your payment information is saved with no option to remove it. I emailed them multiple times to request cancellation, but instead of processing it, they offered discounts on future subscriptions. They refused to cancel a subscription order that hadn’t even shipped yet—despite no tracking information after over a week. Moreover, they do not accept returns for subscription orders, even though their website claims free returns for unused products. Overall, this service feels misleading and dishonest. I deeply regret providing them with my card information and would not recommend them to anyone.

Auto-renewal without consent

Similar to other reviews for this service, it's a deceptive and unethical operation. They don’t allow cancellation of your payment method. I had to close my bank account due to unauthorized charges. Even if you don’t subscribe, they will continue to charge you. To top it off, the product doesn't really work—only a bit more than what you can buy over the counter at a lower price.

Unsatisfactory Customer Service

Customer service is inadequate. I reached out to cancel my order, but they informed me it had already shipped. I contacted them just 10 minutes after placing the order, and the speed of shipping is unbelievable. When I asked for a tracking number, they could not provide one. After weeks of waiting, I reached out again to say I hadn’t received the package, and they offered a 50% discount, which seemed like a joke. I advise staying away from this service.

Unauthorized Charges After Cancellation

My subscription portal showed no active subscriptions, which should have been a huge red flag. I emailed customer service to confirm my cancellation and received confirmation, yet I was charged for a refill that I did not authorize. When I contacted them again, they refused to refund me. Each time I replied, they sent a standard response as if it were my first inquiry. It felt shady to me. I’m now considering canceling my credit card to prevent any future unauthorized charges.
