I emailed them multiple times to request cancellation, but instead of processing it, they offered discounts on future subscriptions. They refused to cancel a subscription order that hadn’t even shipped yet—despite no tracking information after over a week. Moreover, they do not accept returns for subscription orders, even though their website claims free returns for unused products. Overall, this service feels misleading and dishonest. I deeply regret providing them with my card information and would not recommend them to anyone.
