Having worked in real estate for years, I have never encountered a service as poor as this one. I have been dealing with them due to a client chain, and their performance is unacceptable. They do not respond to emails or answer their phones. Even with a direct number, reaching the conveyancer is impossible, leading to wasted time trying to contact the main reception. I repeatedly receive the same updates every time I manage to get through. Complaints go unacknowledged, even by management. It’s a complete disaster!
