We were given advice to use My Law Matters by a friend who's company had just been taken over by them. What an utter shambles!! They took an initial fee and then it was like getting blood from a stone to get any updates. They would only communicate via email, and said we had to wait a number of days for any reply. Every email was from a different person, and when I finally got in touch on the phone they were unhelpful and avoidant.When they were flagged as untrustworthy by our mortgage advisor, we went with a local conveyancing solicitors practice who were incredible. Two years after we bought our house My Law Matters sent us a "Congratulations on completing" email, which is hilarious as they had nothing to do with it! And now they've sent this offer to review. Well that tells you all you need to know, they are a bunch of ridiculous scammers - I'd be surprised if they'd ever successfully completed on a house.
