I'm yet another customer who canceled before my trial ended, but they keep billing me $29.95 each month. There's no cancellation option on the website while I'm logged in, and they never respond to my emails. Their toll-free number just tells you to send an email and then disconnects. UPDATE - Their reply shows they didn’t even read my review that clearly states they ignore emails.
