The absolute worst! I made my first order on December 3, 2020. It was meant to be a birthday present for my wife as she tends to have really painful cramps during her period. They stated that they will send new gel pads every 6 months when I subscribed (Every month $8). After 8 months, I haven't received the renewal so I personally contacted their customer support, in which they sent me the next batch. 3 years later, I only got the initial batch and the batch I personally contacted the customer service for, haven't received any batches since.I highly don't recommend buying their product. Don't know why it took me so long but as of today, I have unsubscribed to their service, just not worth it.
