I emailed regularly for nearly a YEAR, then finally marked the charges fraudulent to my credit card and let them fight with Chase. Shortly thereafter, I noticed the charges started coming from a different name other than Livia, trying to sneak under the radar - truly unbelievable! Since I had proof of correspondence and promises via email that they'd cancel, my credit card honored my request to refund all the charges, but I have no doubt they're still fighting Livia. I would avoid the monthly payment at all costs, they're crooks!
