Device purchased for me by partner.I found it helpful, however it became faulty after 2-3 months. I have tried to reach out for a replacement under the warranty but have all emails get re-routed to a US customer service rep.Frustratingly they keep telling me to reach out to Livia UK but there is no way of contacting them.The Livia US rep cannot supply me with a contact email address which feels extremly strange. If they cannot find it, how can I?It looks like Livia UK has shut down operations so I am out of pocket for a faulty device.I’m very disappointed as this was an otherwise promising product which helped with excruciating period pains.
