Unit was faulty from the beginning, would turn off after a minute or so. Confirmed faulty by customer support the first day I contacted them but it had to be escalated to management to get a replacement unit sent. Took months to hear back and eventually was told I needed my subscription to be current to have a warranty, and that I needed to cover the cost of returning the faulty unit to them. Both of these things are illegal when selling to my country. When I pointed that out I never got a reply, instead I received the email to rate their service so guessing it’s been closed without action. Good thing I paid through PayPal, they issued a full refund.
