Update: I was now able to get a refund and I'm happy about that, I might give them a new chance in the future.I didn't receive my device the first time, not their fault as this thing can happen but they still drew the monthly fee even though I had no device. Finally they could reship but the device have still not left their facility and when I ask about it I don't really get an answer to when it will and it takes ages to get an answer from them. I can definitely forget about messenger and Instagram chat because I can't get an answer there. By mail I usually get one answer a day. When I tried to cancel my order I didn't even get an answer to it and it looks like there is no way I will get my money back. If it was possible I would give them -4 stars instead
