Used it as soon as cramps started (they always start before my actual bleeding… yes I know I’m meant to see a doctor so save the lectures. I have an appointment coming up.)But yeah long story short; it worked really well for me and I’m really happy with this product. Fortunately I don’t know many other women with endo who haven’t resolved it via medical intervention, so I have nobody to recommend this to, but if any of my friends tells me they have bad cramps, I’ll happily loan them mine with fresh gel pads til they can get one because, seriously, it worked.I would always miss school from periods and it interfered with so many jobs and opportunities and nobody really empathized with me medically so they refused to investigate and told me to keep taking ibuprofen… I WISH that helped.
