The device stopped working after about 1 or 2 uses. It didn't help anyway. I had gotten a subscription for gel pads, since it's cheaper than buying them separately. I tried to cancel my subscription MULTIPLE times, but they kept charging me & THEN sending me emails back giving me all kinds of options, "but if I ever decide I want to cancel, let them know." I ALREADY DID! They refused to do it! There was no way to cancel on the website, only through email. This last time, I was finally a little firm with them & they wrote back that I can only return my device for 120 days (not even what I asked to do), so I can either pay off the rest of my device (which I fully paid when I bought it), or keep my subscription until it's fully paid. Which would I like? I wrote them back, "Neither! My device is fully paid off & I want my subscription stopped!" I really deserve at least a partial refund since that piece of junk stopped working almost immediately, but THIS is the bullcrap they give me instead!?! I'll be praying for these people who think this is ok.
