I am giving it 4 star as they are let down by their delivery. I do not think they should use such a terrible company like Yodel for delivery. I was not going to be home for Yodel's 2 hour inflexible delivery time. There was no way to change it. Yodel only offer a bot customer service. They said if I was not home they would leave it outside. I said that was not safe and instead of trying to resolve it they closed the conversation and blocked me from being able to contact futher. Yodel ended up leaving the item outside on the front porch. This is not safe in a busy area of London. it is not an acceptable way to deliver such an expensive item. I had to rush home to prevent it from being stolen. The delivery of an item is a very important part of customer experience Luminette did reach out and provided a sincere apology and I appreciate that.I therefore agree that Luminette do offer good customer service and an excellent prpduct. I do however feel that they should look into a different delivery company as it might explain why I see in other reviews that items have gone missing or have not been delivered. I would be cautious about ordering again if the only option was Yodel for delivery.
