This product really works. I work long hours and usually drive to and from work with the sun down and it seems to help keep my circadian rhythm in line with where i live.I do wish the battery lasted a little longer but it works while plugged in so its not a big issue to charge it during the commute.

I am giving it 4 star as they are let down by their delivery. I do not think they should use such a terrible company like Yodel for delivery. I was not going to be home for Yodel's 2 hour inflexible delivery time. There was no way to change it. Yodel only offer a bot customer service. They said if I was not home they would leave it outside. I said that was not safe and instead of trying to resolve it they closed the conversation and blocked me from being able to contact futher. Yodel ended up leaving the item outside on the front porch. This is not safe in a busy area of London. it is not an acceptable way to deliver such an expensive item. I had to rush home to prevent it from being stolen. The delivery of an item is a very important part of customer experience Luminette did reach out and provided a sincere apology and I appreciate that.I therefore agree that Luminette do offer good customer service and an excellent prpduct. I do however feel that they should look into a different delivery company as it might explain why I see in other reviews that items have gone missing or have not been delivered. I would be cautious about ordering again if the only option was Yodel for delivery.
I bought my luminette just as the days were growing shorter in October and wore them on the highest setting for 20 minutes each morning as I went about my morning routine. It's effortless and comfortable. This was the first year I can remember where I felt normal throughout the darkest part of winter. This is the first year of my life I didn't cry during the holidays. They hold a charge for about 2 weeks. It's now almost midwinter and I feel happy and have good energy in the morning. I wish I had bought these years ago when I first learned of them. They fit over my glasses and the light is comfortable, not overly glaring. I have version 2.
I've had a great experience with Luminette so far. I live in the cold grey north of North America and the lack of sunlight really brings down my energy level. 20 minutes of Luminette while I get ready for my day has made a difference in my energy level and mood. Eric and the rest of the team have brought a good-looking and highly functional product to us. I strongly recommend Luminette.
