The food is all gluten free which was important to me and tasted good. That's about the only pro. Their customer service is horrendous. They are terrible communicators and don't take responsibility for anything. The meals arrive two days before they are scheduled to, which means they spoiled while I was on vacation. I use the mobile view only, as do many people who do most things on their phone, and there is absolutely zero indication that the date may vary. Their "How it Works" page even says "reliable delivery!" Their rude customer service told me that it clearly says "week of x date" on the page where you pick your meals and that the date could vary "for freshness" or whatever, but it only says that on DESKTOP. Please go check with your QA/UX team about how your product actually works before being rude to customers, and take responsibility for your errors! I requested that they cancel all future shipments after being spoken to this way and they stopped responding so I'm stuck with another 2 weeks of this.Whoever does their deliveries is completely incompetent as well, I had to search all over the grounds of my large apartment building to see where they had left it. We have a package room, but they left it sitting outside the room instead of checking it in properly to the system so I would get a notification. The next week they left it near the mailboxes for the other side of the building, not even my mailbox. It could have easily been stolen in these places.The portions are also laughably tiny and I'm a small person with a poor appetite. Many meals don't even contain any vegetables or sides. I would recommend checking out some of their popular competitors with more balanced and larger meals (but the same price).
