Very good quality food compared to similar options. A lot of protein if you choose the larger portions. For me, the regular size meal is plenty. They are not salty like most. They are well seasoned and if you like tasty, this is the way to go. Customers service is great, either via email or over the phone. Might be higher priced, but absolutely worth it.
