I tried ordering a one time purchase. Their online ordering process makes it seem like that is an option. I wanted to try the meals before committing to a subscription. Unbeknownst to me they put me into a weekly subscription. I tried canceling and requesting a refund for the charges after the initial order and not only did they not cancel it but they charged me for another order. Their phone number goes to nobody. It’s terribly frustrating. They clearly mastered the art of misleading customers.
