After dedicating months to creating my 3D models and setting up my store, they unexpectedly deleted all my products and blocked my account without any notice or explanation. I reached out to their support numerous times via email and tickets, yet over a month later, I haven't received a single reply, not even an automated one. Even more troubling, I still get sales notifications despite my account being blocked and my models supposedly removed. This indicates the platform continues to sell my content and profit from it, while I have no access or transparency regarding my earnings. This behavior is utterly unacceptable and borderline fraudulent. The platform clearly does not value creators, fails to communicate, and provides zero support. I strongly advise any 3D artist or designer to steer clear of this platform and consider better alternatives with genuine support teams.
