This platform has proven to be the most unprofessional and unreliable I’ve ever encountered. After dedicating months to creating my 3D models and setting up my store, they abruptly deleted all my products and blocked my account without any prior warning or explanation. I reached out to their support multiple times via email, tickets, and other available methods. Over a month has gone by, and I have yet to receive a single response. Not even an automated reply. Absolutely nothing. What’s even more concerning is that I still receive sales notifications, despite my account being blocked and my models allegedly removed. This indicates the platform is continuing to sell my content and profiting from it while I have no access, no transparency, and no way to withdraw any earnings.
This situation is utterly unacceptable and borderline fraudulent. The platform clearly shows no respect for creators, lacks communication, and provides zero support. I strongly advise any 3D artist or designer to steer clear of this service entirely. There are much better options available with genuine support teams that actually value creators.

This site has awful customer support and an unacceptable attitude towards users on the $10/month Economy subscription. My uploaded designs sit in review for days until I reach out, despite their own rules stating they should be processed within 24 hours. As soon as I complain, all my designs are instantly rejected with a generic message claiming they're 'not printable' — even though these same files are being sold successfully on major platforms. To make matters worse, after rejecting my designs, a manager suggested I upgrade to a more expensive Pro account for approval. This feels like a pay-to-play scheme and completely undermines trust in the platform. A very disappointing experience.
They will never pay out your earnings. I subscribed for two months using my payment method, and when I requested my earnings, they claimed they couldn't find my details and couldn't issue a payout. Now they are ghosting me. Avoid this site; better options exist elsewhere.
The site is insecure. They lack a mass email filter, exposing them to potential DDOS attacks. Customer service seems unconcerned about receiving numerous emails within 24 hours, instead blaming their partners. This is dangerously poor cybersecurity for today's standards. Your data is not safe with them.
