If I could give them zero stars, I would. I had previously ordered a piano from another seller that my daughter loved. I was excited to find song cards for 2026 available, so I purchased a set in November for her Christmas gift. Unfortunately, I received cards for 2025 instead. When I reached out, the representative informed me that they did not have the correct cards. I received an apology but no resolution. After multiple emails, I still haven't received a refund or exchange. Terrible service—proceed with caution.
