Unfulfilled Delivery Promise

We were promised our order would arrive before Christmas, yet we still have nothing. What is the point of such a guarantee? The customer support is extremely disappointing, lacking a contact number, and their automated email responses are laughable. I wouldn’t trust any of their claims.

Damaged Item and Wrong Calendar

I ordered a 2026 Piano Calendar for my granddaughter, but the piano arrived with scratches and I received the 2025 calendar sheets instead. After several communications with the support team, I finally got the correct calendar sheets. However, despite providing proof of the damage, they refused to replace the piano or issue a refund for the over $50 spent. They claimed the damage must have occurred during shipping, implying they acknowledge the issue. This has been a hugely disappointing experience.

Extremely Poor Support

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I had previously ordered a piano from another seller that my daughter loved. I was excited to find song cards for 2026 available, so I purchased a set in November for her Christmas gift. Unfortunately, I received cards for 2025 instead. When I reached out, the representative informed me that they did not have the correct cards. I received an apology but no resolution. After multiple emails, I still haven't received a refund or exchange. Terrible service—proceed with caution.

Order Still Not Received

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered in January 2025, and it’s now March 2025 with no sign of my order. I've emailed them several times, and they keep saying it’s on its way. I'm done… please don't waste your money.

Complete Scam

This is an absolute scam. I never received my item, and their customer service suggested that my neighbors might have taken it and to check with my local post office. Why would my post office know anything about a third-party shipping service? There’s no contact information for the shipping company, likely because it was never shipped, and I was given false tracking information. I'm out $45, and it’s their word against mine. Avoid these sellers.

I placed an order two weeks ago, and while it indicated it shipped from abroad, there has been no update since. I should have been cautious given the lack of a customer service phone number. I suspect this is a scam. I will update if proven wrong.

I placed an order on 13/11/24, and now it's March 2025 with no updates. After numerous emails, I still haven't received a response or my granddaughter's gift. I feel completely scammed—this is very disappointing.
