Damaged Item and Wrong Calendar

I ordered a 2026 Piano Calendar for my granddaughter, but the piano arrived with scratches and I received the 2025 calendar sheets instead. After several communications with the support team, I finally got the correct calendar sheets. However, despite providing proof of the damage, they refused to replace the piano or issue a refund for the over $50 spent. They claimed the damage must have occurred during shipping, implying they acknowledge the issue. This has been a hugely disappointing experience.
