When a flagship phone loses SIM connection within 6 months of purchase it can be very scary. A huge outlay with no offer from HONOR to replace left me very worried. Stress during packaging, stress during drop off, stress waiting for delivery to SBE was nothing short of torture. The wait for confirmation of receipt and the wait for confirmation of the issue was hell. I hated everything to this point, but, the updates soon came.
