Terrible service experience, frustrated to leave even a 1-star rating!

The service I received was absolutely terrible, and I'm frustrated that I have to leave at least a 1-star rating! I could never track the repair using the information provided by the company, and I had to do all the follow-ups for updates. I sent a 3-week-old tablet and stylus for warranty repair due to a connectivity issue. They arranged for collection on November 4th, but after a week of calling, they hadn’t received the parcel and were unaware of its location. It finally arrived the following week, but I still couldn’t track the repair online with the details given. Five days later, I received an email indicating that the courier would be collecting it from the company, so I assumed the repair was done. When I called customer service, they informed me it was being sent back as 'no repair' because the stylus was not included. I explained that everything was sent, and the courier had photo proof of the contents. I was told the collection would be on hold for further checks regarding the stylus, and I would be contacted. However, I received no updates that day, and later that evening, I checked the tracking to find that they had handed it over to the courier without any notice. A few days later, I received the tablet back in the same condition as I sent it, along with an email stating that 'the stylus was not received in the box' and that any further support would need to be addressed with the manufacturer. I reached out to the manufacturer, who escalated the issue, and a few days later, I got a call stating that the stylus had been found. Upon contacting the company for confirmation, I was informed that it had been removed at the repair center...so they had it all along. When I asked if I could now check the repair online, I was told there was an issue with the online portal, and they couldn’t provide a timeframe for resolution...once again left in complete uncertainty. Finally, just over 3 weeks after the company collected everything from me, I received a replacement stylus in the mail. I sincerely hope I do not encounter any further issues with this device, as it will not be going back to the company.

Phone returned without resolution

My phone was sent for repair due to an issue. Unfortunately, it came back to me without being fixed for the original problem. While it is now impressively fast and smooth, I've had to send it back again in hopes of a proper fix this time. The support team was excellent throughout the process.

Exceptional Repair Service

Good afternoon. I want to express my satisfaction with the repair done by the service. I sent my phone in with a severely damaged front screen on my foldable device, and it was returned in perfect condition just 10 days later. It looks flawless — you wouldn't even know it had been repaired. The experience is like getting my car back from maintenance: it functions even better than before. When a flagship phone dies

When a flagship phone loses SIM connection within 6 months of purchase it can be very scary. A huge outlay with no offer from HONOR to replace left me very worried. The following offer to repair and the uninsured bag supplied by Honor made me even more worried. Stress during packaging, stress during drop off, stress waiting for delivery to SBE was nothing short of torture. The wait for confirmation of receipt and the wait for confirmation of the issue was hell. I hated everything to this point, but, the updates soon came. The confirmation of delivery, the confirmation of receipt, the confirmation of the issue and then the confirmation of repair. The repair and delivery back was swift and the phone was as good as new. Very happy with SBE, thank you.

Excellent service experience for OnePlus

I sent my OnePlus open for repair as there was a dead area on the screen. I was expecting the repair to rake a week or so, but to my surprise the phone was repaired the next day. Additionally the battery was also changed - although it was at 96 % health.Compared to my previous experience with Samsung repair - this was miles ahead
