I ordered a control arm with a promise of next-day delivery, but it never arrived. I had to find the part locally for same-day installation. The part was picked up on November 17th, but I still haven't received my refund. I called today and heard the same excuse as last week. An email followed, stating that my refund could take another 14 days. I won’t be using this service again; it's pure incompetence.
