Website experience was great no issues at all, as was communication, BUT DHL delivery what a joke, tracking number didn’t work, date got moved, contacting them is a nightmare. Got my delivery at 1930hrs, had no idea. Would I buy from My Motor world again, not sure but only because the delivery service.
I ordered a set of Brembo discs and pads for my Mercedes E-Class Saloon. When they arrived, I fitted the discs but upon opening the pads, realized they were not the correct ones, so I phoned them up and they gave me return instructions, I packed the pads carefully and returned them in their original box the next day. A few days later I received an email stating that due to the fact that the box seal was broken and the pads showed signs of wear, they wouldn't be refunding me. I immediately phoned them up and pointed out that the pads were brand new- and how could I have used them if they didn't fit my car? They went on and on about what a state the pads were in (total lies- they were brand new) and continued to refuse to refund me. I will never use this company again based on this experience.
Edit: After reading other similar reviews- I fully expect some BS response from the company thanking me for my feedback and reiterating that the pads had been used (which is a total lie- they don't fit my car- so how could I have used them?). This is no accident- its a deliberate policy by this very unscrupulous company- its basically fraud. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.
I appreciated the opportunity to upgrade the battery, but the one I initially ordered was out of stock despite the website indicating otherwise. Unfortunately, it didn't fit, and they were unable to provide an alternative, which has left me searching for options elsewhere. Now, I need to return the battery and await a refund. I'm uncertain about using this company again, as they should have been aware of the compatibility issues.
Outstanding performance. The new battery for the vehicle works wonderfully! Unfortunately, there was a delivery hiccup due to the shipping service 🙄🙄. Aside from that, I’m definitely considering purchasing from them again 👍👍.
I ordered brake discs and pads for both front and rear, but the front discs don’t fit because the wrong ones were sent. I had to pay £30 out of pocket to return the entire order for a refund. I provided tracking, and they received the parts back on 24/11/25, stating it would take a week to process my refund. As of today, 10/12/25, I still haven't received my money back. The customer support is ineffective, claiming the refund has just been processed, but no one can tell me when I will get my £360 back—could be another week or even longer. I recommend avoiding this service if you value your time and money.

I received a car battery that was leaking acid, ruining my trousers. When I complained, I was told it would still function. Six months later, the battery is completely dead. When I contacted the service, I was informed that it wasn't compatible with my car, despite them sending it based on my registration number. This seems like an excuse to avoid honoring the warranty.
