I place an order Sunday afternoon then I looked up independent reviews and saw that there were a lot of negative ones so two hours later I sent an email asking for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded. A company representative replied today saying that my order was due to be delivered in 6 days, it had been placed in a queue and it was IMPOSSIBLE to cancel it. And if you believe that, you'd believe anything! I sent a copy of my emails and the company's reply to PayPal and I received a refund from PayPal within 30 minutes which shows what they think of the company's ethics.
