Broad variety of meals, relatively easy website to navigate, and excellent customer service. Have had some issues with the delivery company, however My Muscle Chef were friendly and pro-active in assisting me in my process.

The protein content is solid, the macros are clearly labelled, and the variety makes it easy to stay on track without getting bored.From a performance and recovery perspective, it’s incredibly convenient. Whether you’re training hard, trying to lean down, or just want structured nutrition without the prep time, this takes the friction out of eating well.Delivery has always been reliable, packaging is clean and practical, and the menu range covers everything from high-protein staples to comfort-style options that still fit your goals.If you value convenience, macro accuracy, and quality ingredients — My Muscle Chef delivers. Well, first I tried the Massaman last week and it was awful mush. I thought I'd give it a second chance tonight with the Thai red curry.....mush. Both times I had difficulty actually finding meat. Both were very disappointing. Won't be buying it again.
EDIT: MMC has gone downhill big time. Absolutely no love in the meals. Little things like chefs cant be bothered peeling carrots. They just get chopped, steamed and lugged into the red boxes. Same with chicken. Its just steamed and some sauce thrown on. Trash. Thes meals are worth no more than $3-5 i realise now im getting ripped off. Delivery drivers are morons. Twice in 3 months my order has been left at the wrong house and once in the bin compartment of unit complex. Incompetence at its finest and rubbish food. Im done here.THIS IS A VERY GOOD AUSSIE COMPANY.Ive been using MMC on and off for a few years now, and I will continue to use them for years to come. I started bodybuilding 3 years ago and wanted a meal service for my bulk so I didnt have to deal with it. Chose MMC, best decision I ever made. Ive built a physique now, and while a lot of that is to do with my hard work I believe most of it is because of the nutritious, macro friendly, high protein, easy to eat, tasty af meals. Ive done two prolonged bulks now, both with MMC and I've gained significant muscle. It works! The app is awesome too. I absolutely love they included a daily meal plan tracker that you can tick off and it counts the calories for you. Just a very nice touch. The weight, water and movement tracking is very thoughtful too. It creates an "all in one" app feeling. The meals truly are really tasty. Sure, there are some I dont like, but thats always going to be the case. I genuinely really like most of them, like 80%. All of their protein snacks are so delicious as well. Their product range is truly huge you have so many quality products to choose from. Endless meal plan variations. Over the years I have observed them innovate the menu with so many delicious options. Its impossible to get bored. Always reliable, literally ive never had a single issue with MMC. Not one. All my deliveries have always been on time. There has been occasions that they have not been able to totally fulfil my order due to one or two out of stock items but I am notified days prior to delivery.It sounds corny but it feels like MMC has always been by my side through these last 3 years on my journey and im genuinely grateful. Just keep it up guys 🙏🤝
First time I have tried this brand and definitely the last. When removing the cling film I found myself staring at a seriously unappetising brown sludge. After 2 mouthfuls I binned the remainder -dry, flavourless and gristly. Do you guys actually try the stuff before pushing it out the door? I cannot imagine how this could have passed any quality or taste control.
🚨🚨WARNING FOREIGN MATERIAL CONTAMINATION!!!🚨🚨Purchased Garlic Chicken Risotto on 06.08.2025. Two thirds through my meal and started chocking. Something was lodged side to side at the bottom of my throat.. took a minute or so to cough this item up to where I could reach it with my long fingers. ( eyes watering/ very panicked) This item appears to be a blue wooden splinter off a wooden pallet over an inch long!Contacted company and all they are interested in is obtaining the meal ( advised not to supply by food safety authority)Notified company id would return meals to woolies to then be offered an insulting 25% off more potentially contaminated meals by My Muscle Chef customer serviceWho would think after choking on a product that you'd want to support and purchase more!!
I place an order Sunday afternoon then I looked up independent reviews and saw that there were a lot of negative ones so two hours later I sent an email asking for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded. A company representative replied today saying that my order was due to be delivered in 6 days, it had been placed in a queue and it was IMPOSSIBLE to cancel it. And if you believe that, you'd believe anything! I sent a copy of my emails and the company's reply to PayPal and I received a refund from PayPal within 30 minutes which shows what they think of the company's ethics. I would be very wary of dealing with My Muscle Chef.
