This is a terrible company and would warn you to not buy anything from them..... they are scammers!! I bought a coat which was supposed to be warm waterproof and stylish ... it was flimsy and of very poor quality and was not as described so I asked for a refund. They said i had to return it to an address in China and had to pay for tracking and shipping cost.. they also said that they would not give refund if the tags were not on ... the coat never had any tags on when I received it in its original package! I have emailed them several times to ask about this and have had no response !!
They clearly have no intention of giving refunds and have lied about everything and have totally mislead and conned me into buying a totally substandard item. They lead you to believe they are made in Netherlands but China is where I have been told to send it!! VERY SUSPECT !!

I placed my order on December 5, 2025, and while they accepted my payment, nothing has been delivered. The provided email doesn't exist. This feels like a scam, and I intend to escalate this issue. I was unaware that my order was coming from overseas and was apprehensive after reading various reviews. I ordered a cashmere jumper on December 2, and it arrived on December 18. The jumper is good quality and matches the size I ordered. What a relief!
It took over three weeks to receive my order. I ordered an XXL, but the item I received is so small it can't even be classified as a small. Absolutely ridiculous! I attempted to contact two email addresses for a return, but both were unrecognized—one was supposedly their customer service contact and the other was the order confirmation address. Neither worked. Do not buy from this seller; it’s a complete scam.
Complete scam, I paid £40 on December 9 for an order that never arrived. I haven't received any updates, and emails bounce back with no contact information or phone numbers available. A truly disappointing experience, and I will be reporting this seller!
