Is this really how customers are treated? I placed an order, and it took more than 2.5 hours to arrive! I assumed fast food would be quick! There was no contact number available on the website, and the chatbot was nonfunctional. What is going on?!

Frustrating experience with restaurant service

The customer support AI is extremely exasperating. It provides no solutions and merely repeats, 'Sorry, can't assist with that.' Furthermore, they incorrectly labeled a restaurant as a burger joint, which was disappointing! I suspect the reviews may be fabricated, but I can't verify them on the platform's site!

Unacceptable delivery experience

I placed an order with a restaurant last night. The app indicated delivery would be at a specific time, but it never showed up. I reached out to the platform for help and was told it would arrive shortly. Later, I requested a cancellation and a refund but received no reply. I was left waiting long after the expected delivery time. Very poor service from the platform. The restaurant confirmed the issue was with the delivery person, not them.

Difficult ordering situation

I placed an order, but the restaurant canceled it. We ordered from another restaurant, yet the canceled order still arrived, and the courier demanded payment. The courier was aggressive and stated the platform was responsible for the cancellation. Their customer support denied any responsibility, showing a total disregard for customer safety.
