I purchased a steam cleaner from the seller on August 1st, and it arrived on August 8th. When I attempted to use it for the first time in mid-November, it only emitted warm water and failed to build pressure or spray at all. The product documentation mentions a 1-year warranty. While I was looking for an effective way to maintain cleanliness without relying on many products, this item did not meet my expectations. It was marketed as a powerful tool for tough cleaning jobs, but my experience has been far from satisfactory.
Wow the follow up and follow thru I experienced with Caitlin my representative was amazing! I literally thought I was just going to have to have a loss on this purchase. (It broke) it was within their 90 days & they for real literally handled everything so professionally and has quick responses!!! I’m impressed!! I can now feel much more secure in ordering from them in the future because their customer service was superior!! Thank you Caitlin!!
I bought two pair of glasses :they are absolutely rubbish, absolutely fake absolutely misleading. I can't see anything they are not good for reading and they are not good for distance as they claimed !!! they literally robbed me up $60.. the five dollar glasses I buy from the corner shop, is hundred percent better😡 it's a scam it's a big lie don't ever buy from them😡
