*sigh* I'm completely fed up with this service after the three years we spent interacting with them. I'm feeling frustrated and drained. I hope my review helps others avoid similar issues in the future. There is a severe lack of communication within their team. One representative will provide one piece of information, while another will contradict it. We've been misled, ignored, and overcharged. At times, we've had to wait nearly a month for maintenance. Additionally, we've faced harassment from the local district, including visits from law enforcement asking for proof of residency due to ongoing issues with former homeowners using our address. I could elaborate endlessly on the absurd situations we've encountered. I'm incredibly relieved to finally be done with them, as it has been nothing short of a nightmare. PLEASE save yourself the time, money, and stress, and avoid leasing a property managed by this service.
