This is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with.
They hide behind the contract to justify excessive and unreasonable charges, and the entire operation feels designed to squeeze as much money out of clients as possible. Issues appear out of nowhere and somehow always turn into additional fees.
Working with Sarah L was especially frustrating. Communication was poor, accountability was nonexistent, and there was zero effort to resolve concerns in a fair or professional way.
As a veteran who has served this country, it’s extremely disappointing to be treated this way. This company shows no integrity and seems willing to take advantage of anyone, regardless of their situation.
Nothing about this experience felt honest or transparent. I strongly question how this company conducts its business.
At this point, I am actively looking into legal action.
Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. Seriously—avoid them at all costs.
