However, after nearly three days without any information about collection, I contacted the service. I found out that the seller hadn't provided the collection details, and they were just beginning to follow up. Shortly after, I received an email saying a refund was issued because the bike was already sold. With Christmas just over a week away and a refund process taking 5-7 days, I can no longer buy my wife's gift in time for her to receive the bike on Christmas Day. I'm baffled as to why they accepted an offer on a bike without confirming its availability. This is unacceptable. The lesson here is to avoid making payments without first confirming item availability, which has completely disrupted our Christmas plans.
