I have not received my £1800 since my bike was sold in October. The only representative keeps giving constant excuses. This service is unreliable, and I strongly advise others to be cautious as I plan to pursue legal action against them.

Shortly after, I received an email stating a refund was issued because the bike was already sold. With just over a week before Christmas and a refund process taking 5-7 days, I can no longer buy my wife's gift in time for her to receive the bike on Christmas Day. I'm puzzled as to why they accepted an offer for a bike that was not confirmed to be in stock. This situation is unacceptable. The lesson here is to avoid making payments without first confirming item availability, which has completely disrupted our Christmas plans.

It's frustrating that this is happening only now after more than a month. My bank has requested the ARN, a number necessary to track the refund, and it's taking days to obtain that. They attributed the delay to a new payment system, but based on other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue, which is not an acceptable excuse. I'm extremely frustrated and have reached out to an advisory service for assistance.
