Unfortunately, I never received an email confirming that the bike I paid for had shipped. Initially, I experienced good customer service over the phone and was assured a refund would be issued. However, when the refund didn’t arrive, I tried to follow up and received no response for over a week. Eventually, I got a reply stating it would be chased up, but over seven weeks after paying for the bike and four weeks after the refund agreement, I still have not received my refund.
